Hey Oliver, i think i can be the moderator you are searching for.
1. I like to help new players, and the players that are on server already
2. I will not talk offensive to people.
3. I will be online much, i really like this server.
I know there only is 3 things i whrote, but believe me, i will be a good moderator.
