What does "Rights" mean that's under the Quest tab?

Just tells you what rights you have.
a normal player would be 0
a mod would be 1
an admin would be 2
and an owner is 3

Oliver IDK if you know how to make but I do, than you can also creat a Co-Owner rank;)
