Rules:

These may be updated occasionally, so keep an eye on them.
For minor rule braking you will be issued a black mark, after receiving 3, you will automatically be banned.
Major rule braking will most likely lead to a ban, maybe even extend to an ip ban.
Advertising/flaming might be combated with mute, if warning is ignored, ip mute.
Jail can be used to interview players or punish them for general rule braking.

1. Do not scam.
2. Do not ask for staff.
3. Do not exploit glitches.
4. Do not flame excessively.
5. No 'One Iteming'.
6. Do not dupe.
7. Respect Staff Members along with Players.
8. Don't advertise other servers/websites.
9. Do not impersonate staff.
10. Do not use a macro (auto-clicker, auto-typer etc.).

You must have proof of the offence when reporting.

First Offence:

Rule 1:   +2 FHBM
Rule 2:   +1 FHBM
Rule 3:   +2 FHBM
Rule 4:   +1 FHBM
Rule 5:   +3 FHBM
Rule 6:   +5 FHBM
Rule 7:   +1 FHBM
Rule 8:   +5 FHBM
Rule 9:   +4 FHBM
Rule 10: +2 FHBM

Second Offence:

Rule 1:   +4 FHBM
Rule 2:   +2 FHBM
Rule 3:   +3 FHBM
Rule 4:   +2 FHBM
Rule 5:   +5 FHBM
Rule 6:   +8 FHBM
Rule 7:   +2 FHBM
Rule 8:   +8 FHBM
Rule 9:   +6 FHBM
Rule 10: +4 FHBM

Third Offence:

Rule 1:   +6 FHBM
Rule 2:   +4 FHBM
Rule 3:   +5 FHBM
Rule 4:   +4 FHBM

Rule 6:   Permanent IP-Ban
Rule 7:   +4 FHBM
Rule 8:   Permanent IP-Ban
Rule 9:   Permanent IP-Ban
Rule 10: +5 FHBM

How Offences work:

  +1 FHBM: 1 Day Mute
  +2 FHBM: 2 Day Mute
  +3 FHBM: 3 Day Mute
  +4 FHBM: Week Mute + 3 Day Ban
  +5 FHBM: 2 Week Mute + Week Ban
  +6 FHBM: Permanent Mute + 2 Week Ban
  +7 FHBM: Permanent IP-Mute + 4 Week Ban
  +8 FHBM: Permanent IP-Mute + 4 Week IP-Ban + Account Reset
  +9 FHBM: Permanent IP-Mute + 8 Week IP-Ban + Account Reset
+10 FHBM: Permanent IP-Mute + Permanent Ban + Account Reset

Example:
First Offence was Rule 4, you are then +1 FHBM.
Second Offence was Rule 2, you are then +3 FHBM.
Third Offence was Rule 1, you are then +9 FHBM.
Forth Offence no matter how much FHBM you have (even if it's +5) you are +10.


So Oliver and I know we ask all staff-member to post a comment to the thread "FHBM Players" with this format:

If Oliver or I don't approve of the proof the account will be unbanned and set-free.
Because you have commented on the thread with the format and Oliver or I have approved I will add the player with the format to the thread. This way we know when they should be unbanned and even expired offences will continue to stay on the thread for proof of offences so we will know how many offences they have committed and it helps players be aware of those players.
